THERMOPLASTIC FOR ROAD MARKING
Thick-film coating for marking city streets and intercity highways with heavy traffic flow. Forms a durable, bright line resistant to climatic temperature fluctuations, wear, and de-icing chemicals.
APPLICATION METHODS AND PURPOSE
Universal
Main material for solid lines and broken lines, stop lines, and zebra crossings. Suitable for extruder-type road marking machines and manual applicators.
Spray thermoplastic
Increased melt flowability for rapid road marking renewal. High-speed spraying through nozzles.
Structural / Profile
A special formulation that retains its shape after application. Used to create structural (dot) and rumble profile markings.
AVAILABLE FORMULATIONS
By glass bead content:
- Premix (with intermix glass beads): Beads are distributed throughout the material to provide retroreflection as the marking wears.
- Without glass beads: Classic base formulation (surface application of glass beads is ordered separately if necessary).
By climatic conditions:
- ❄️ For northern regions: optimized for extreme low temperatures.
- ⛅ For temperate climates: standard seasonal formulation.
- ☀️ For hot regions: resistant to high summer temperatures and melting.

Yellow (Luminance ≥ 50%)
APPLICATION RULES AND CONDITIONS
Dry weather, ambient temperature not lower than +10 °C, humidity up to 80%. On new asphalt — not earlier than 14 days after laying.
Loading into the kettle at +150 °C, bringing to 180–190 °C under continuous intensive stirring.
Average is 6–8 kg per 1 sq. meter (depending on layer thickness and selected technology).
